Leadership team
Jett
Jett moved to the U.S. at 10, but kept his love for authentic Thai cooking. He is inspired by flavors from his mother’s Michelin-rated restaurant, and the electric energy of Bangkok’s street food scene.
Peter
Peter has been working in food service since 18. At age 23, he sold his first company, and a few months later came up with the idea for a nutritious and affordable Thai noodle shop at a festival with Jett.

Walk & Rock Thai offers a unique, nourishing alternative to typical fair and festival food. Our deceptively clear broth is exploding in flavor and electrolytes, while our tantalizing sen mee noodles provide the energy attendees need to keep rocking.
We also offer a rotating selection of succulent stir fry noodle options.
Dietary Preferences
All of our base noodle options are gluten-free and vegan. From there, customers can choose a variety of rotating toppings such as crispy SPAM, eggs and shiitake mushrooms.
